Effective date and agreement version: 2026-09-22. These terms apply to this website operated by Varae Aesthetics ("Varae", "we", or "us").
1. Age and affirmative agreement
Access to the research portion of this website is limited to people at least 21 years old. By checking the research-use acknowledgment and selecting “Yes — I am 21+ and agree”, you represent that you meet this age requirement, have read these terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree or are under 21, do not enter or request products. The age requirement is Varae's access policy; it is not a statement that research products are lawful for every adult to buy or use.
2. Nonclinical business; no medical services
Varae is a nonclinical research-compound business. We do not provide medical care, prescriptions, treatment plans, patient consultations, or veterinary services. Website content and communications do not establish a clinician-patient relationship and must not be used as medical advice.
3. Permitted research use and prohibited uses
Compounds are offered solely for lawful, nonclinical laboratory research by appropriately qualified people with suitable facilities and procedures. You agree not to ingest, inject, inhale, apply, administer, or otherwise use a compound on yourself, another person, or an animal. Human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, self-experimentation, and personal use are prohibited.
Products must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease, or for weight loss, bodybuilding, cosmetic treatment, or other personal health purposes. You must not supply, resell, relabel, or promote them for a prohibited purpose, or use them to prepare medicines, foods, dietary supplements, or consumer cosmetics.
4. GLP-1-related compounds and FDA status
These restrictions include GLP-1-related research compounds and other peptides. Research compounds offered by Varae are not offered as FDA-approved medicines and must not be substituted for prescription products. Approval of a particular medicine does not establish approval, safety, effectiveness, or equivalence of a research material with a similar name or ingredient.
A research-use label, an age confirmation, or acceptance of these terms does not create an exemption from applicable law or make a prohibited sale or use lawful. The FDA has warned about compounds falsely marketed as research-only while sold for human use. See the FDA information on unapproved GLP-1 drugs.
5. Researcher responsibilities
Before requesting or handling material, you must independently determine that your proposed acquisition, possession, importation, handling, research, storage, and disposal are lawful and appropriate for your facilities and qualifications. Follow applicable institutional requirements and available safety documentation. Do not infer sterility, purity, suitability, or freedom from hazards from a product name, photograph, or general website statement.
Do not submit false age, identity, affiliation, or intended-use information. Varae may request information about research qualifications and intended use and may refuse or cancel requests that cannot be verified or appear inconsistent with these restrictions. Acceptance of this website agreement is not approval of a purchaser, an order, or a research protocol.
6. Information, availability, and transactions
Website information may change and may contain errors. A reference to a compound or publication is not a promise of availability, an endorsement of human use, or a guarantee of research results. An inquiry does not form a sales contract. Any proposed sale requires separate confirmation of the material, lawful intended use, price, shipping conditions, and applicable sales and return terms before payment. These website terms do not replace those disclosures.
7. Responsibility and legal rights
You are responsible for your representations and conduct under this agreement. We do not guarantee any research outcome or suitability for an unverified application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives nonwaivable rights, excuses unlawful conduct, or transfers Varae's own legal obligations to you.
8. Privacy and acceptance record
The website stores the accepted terms version and acceptance time in your browser and treats your choice as valid for up to 30 days. The record remains until replaced or cleared. It does not verify your identity, age, research credentials, or legal eligibility. See the Privacy Notice for information about website data.
9. Changes and questions
Updated terms will carry a new version and require renewed acceptance. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently alter a completed transaction. For questions about these terms or a research inquiry, use our contact page.
